SHORT STAYS: Minimum 3 nights May / October 90.00 euros per night.
SHORT STAYS: June / July / August / September 105.00 euros per night
Minimum stay is three nights with no maximum and subject to availability. Arrival and departure is on any day of the week and again is subject to availability. Sorry no pets and we prefer if you would smoke outside the Villa. There are no cooking facilities in the villa.

BOOKING CONDITIONS - A DEPOSIT of 30% is payable at Booking
with the 70% BALANCE payable 8 weeks before arrival. If you wish
to book less than 8 weeks before arrival we will require the FULL
payment to be made at booking. If you wish to book less than 2 weeks
before arrival we will require details of your arrival times and
FULL payment on arrival. We are sorry but we do not accept credit
cards or cheques.
All payments are to be made in EURO'S. All payments made before
arrival are to be made via Bank Transfer, details will be issued
if you wish to proceed.
Check in is after 4pm. Check out is 12 noon.
