Prices are per couple based on double room occupancy with private or en-suite bathroom/shower room. Also includes complimentary continental style breakfast and free airport transfers between 8am and midnight. Please ask on arrival re. laundry details. We do not provide Beach Towels.

If you would like to book more than one room we offer a 5% discount per room up to a maximum of 15% for the whole Villa. We have a minimum age of 14*. Daily rate available on a pro rata basis, minimum 2 nights and subject to availability. Arrival and departure is on any day of the week and again is subject to availability. Sorry no pets and we prefer if you would smoke outside the Villa. Airport / Seaport transfers are free after 8am and before 12 midnight, there will be a 20 euros charge outside these times.

BOOKING CONDITIONS - A DEPOSIT of 20% is payable at Booking with the 80% BALANCE payable 6 weeks before arrival. If you wish to book less than 6 weeks before arrival we will require the FULL payment to be made at booking. If you wish to book less than 2 weeks before arrival we will require details of your arrival times and FULL payment on arrival. We are sorry but we do not accept credit cards or cheques.

All payments are to be made in EURO'S. All payments made before arrival are to be made via Bank Transfer, details will be issued if you wish to proceed.

Check in is after 4pm. Check out is 12 noon. An hourly rate of 5 euros will be charged for extra time which is subject to room availabilty, or a previously agreed figure for longer periods.
